Chelsea will have to muster all strength and confidence in their next match this weekend against West Ham United and the match promises to be one that will task the Blues as everything could easily go wrong for them against the Hammers.
Chelsea will definitely be fatigued and flat after their massive round trip and draining game in Moscow on Tuesday night and yet they have to play against a very fast West Ham side.
The Hammers are however in fantastic form at the moment and find themselves in 4th place on the English Premier League table.
Chelsea will need to buck up and make a few changes for this match if they hope to win.
The goalkeeper of course will remain Asmir Begovic who is starting to look in better form between the Chelsea posts.
Azpilicueta and Baba Rahman will have to retain their respective right-back and left-back roles while Cahill or Terry should pair Kurt Zouma in the centre of the defence. Zouma has to feature as he is the only centre-back in Chelsea right now who can truncate the Hammers attack.
In midfield, Matic should pair with Ramires to provide a solid shield for the defence. Fabregas was replaced in the midweek match so he could have gotten or knock or is just fatigued.
Pedro might be rested as he’s presently suffering from a knock so the attacking trio should be Oscar, Hazard and Willian while the striker will remain Diego Costa.
Let’s see if this squad will be able to smash West Ham on matchday.
