Kenedy & Pedro To Star – Chelsea’s Likely Line Up For Scunthorpe

Following their torturous campaign in the Premier League thus far, Chelsea have been ruled out of the title and their best bet at a trophy is the FA Cup as admitted by the interim boss Guus Hiddink.

Since the appointment of Hiddink as the manager of the Blues, Chelsea have not lost any match and they have been tipped to continue in the same new found momentum. Arsenal, Manchester United and Manchester City won their fixtures and we expect Chelsea to continue in the same manner.

Speaking ahead of the match, Hiddink revealed that Chelsea are yet without Hazard, Remy and Falcao but that wouldn’t be an issue. In games as this , you expect the fringe players that have shown prospect to be given the nod to play.

This is how we expect Chelsea to Line-up.

Asmir Begovic has been out of action since Courtois returned from injury. We expect Hiddink to call him and give him the gloves for the game.

We think Terry will be given a deserved rest from the heart of defence. Zouma and Cahill should be in that position. On the left flank, Baba Rahman will have his time while on the right we think Ola Aina we be asked to play to give Ivanovic some rest.

Matic has been out of action following the resurgence of Mikel Obi and we think the Serbian will play while Mikel will be rested. Loftus-Cheek was given playing time under Mourinho but failed to impress. He should another chance today.

Oscar has been somewhat regular and will be expected to shine in the middle of the pack at the expense of Fabregas.

Hazard has been ruled out of the game and we think Kenedy and Pedro will play from the flanks while Bamford be given the nod to prove his mettle as the attacker.
