Arsenal Injury News – Koscielyn & Chamberlain To Get SURPRISE Start VS Tottenham

Over this decade, the club Arsenal have been synonymous to injury – the Gunners hardly end a season without having a spate of injuries.

Their woes continued this season when with Welbeck, Wilshere, and Rosicky yet to lace their boots for the Gunners this season. However, a general look at the situation showed that the situation is getting marginally better than the previous seasons.

With the international break in sight, a major crop of the injured players would return after the break. Aaron Ramsey and Hector Bellerin will be back after the international break after picking up hamstring and groin injury respectively.

Meanwhile, the Telegraph is reporting that Laurent Koscielny will be in contention for the London Derby after he was left of Bayern Munich thrashing. The French man picked up a hip injury in training but is fully back.

The major boost for Arsenal is the return of Mikel Arteta and David Ospina. Both are back to training with Arsenal but will not be featured for the Sunday clash. Arsenal have been looking thin in the defensive midfield position and the return of Arteta will provide more options for Wenger.

Meanwhile, Tomas Rosicky has been cleared to start light training after undergoing a knee surgery in August. There is no telling when he can start playing but the Czech international would be fully back next month.

Reports this afternoon have it that both Koscienly and Chamberlain are getting a surprise start for the gunners.
