According to reports from Spain, Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Greizmann will join Chelsea in a few weeks. The reports indicate that the French forward will agree Verbal terms with the blues and that all is left is the two clubs to agree on a fee for the forward (Greizmann).
Antoine Greizmann has been linked to Chelsea all summer and with Chelsea’s need for attacking minded players now high, rumors have emerged indicating that chelsea have re-ignited there interest in the French international.
Chelsea’s technical director Michael Enemaelo reportedly flew to Spain last summer, in other to have talks with Atletico Madrid chiefs with a view to agreeing on a deal for Greizmann.
After that event, Greizmann has underlined his happiness at the Vicente Calderon going on to sign a new contract which includes an increase in his release clause.
Chelsea who have been linked to a number of football big names, the likes of Alex Teixeira, Alexander Pato, Romelu Lukaku and Jamie Vardy, have reportedly made Antoine Greizmann one of their primary targets could bring the French forward to Stamford bridge should the 2 clubs reach an agreement in January.
24 year old Greizmann has been in blistering form for Atletico Madrid this season, scoring 13 times after playing 22 games in all competition. He has a 78.8 percent pass success rate.
He is well known for his dribbling skills and long range shooting ability, along with a very sharp eye for goal.
