Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is not ready to take any chances even with the fact that Arsenal keeps winning their matches as they have again defeated Newcastle 1-0 with a stunning volley from defender Laurent Koscielny.
Recent reports are suggesting that the Gunners have agreed personal terms with Dynamo Moscow duo Aleksandr Kokorin & Roman Zobnin and it is only a matter of time before the two arrive at the Emirates stadium according to reports from the Metro.
Kokorin is not new to Arsenal fans as he has been on the Gunners radar since the last summer transfer window but the manager could not complete his transfer and now seems to be ready to do so on time so he can add the player to the Arsenal ranks.
However, apart from Aleksandr Kokorin, Wenger is set to also sign his teammate Roman Zobnin who is a midfield maestro and can really help the diminished Arsenal midfield at the moment.
The reports are saying Wenger had it easy because Kokorin’s contract runs out at the end if the season and his club want to cash in on him before then so they will let the 24-year-old go for as low as £4.3m while Zobnin will cost £3.5m.
The duo’s addition will be exciting and definitely add something to the team as Zobnin is a goalscoring midfielder and can play at Central midfield while Kokorin will add quality to the striking department.
