Manchester United VERY Close To Complete Deal For £95,000-A-Week Two Times UCL Winner

 Manchester United are set to allow Victor Valdes to leave Old Trafford on a free transfer and the Spanish goalkeeper is now in advanced talks with catalan side Espanyol, as per Goal.

Valdes is close to securing a move away from United in January, with shot-stopper keen to return to the city of Barcelona and play regularly , as per the report.

Victor Valdes has featured just twice for United and is currently regarded as the third-choice goalkeeper at Old Trafford behind David de Gea and Sergio Romero and is yet to make a single appearance this season.

Valdes has opted for a move to Espanyol as he would get regular playing time which he has lacked a significant amount of here at United.

Valdes refused to feature in an under-21 game as last season drew to a close towards the end of last season an  has since been made to train with the Red Devils.

United are willing to let Valdes leave at the moment which means he will be free to join any team as a free agent during the January window, as per the report.

Meanwhile, Man United’s next game sees them travel away to Watford on Saturday, Valdes is almost hundred percent likely to be left out the squad to face Watford.
