Jose Mourinho Agrees Five Years Deal With Manchester United, Louis Van Gaal To Be Sacked Within Days

Sacked Chelsea manager Josè Mourinho has reportedly agreed a five-year deal to replace under-fire Manchester United manager Louis Van Gaal at Old Trafford.

Bayern Munich’s Pep Guardiola was initially thought to be the manager likely to replace fumbling Louis Van Gaal but it appears United have lost to city rivals Manchester City in the bid to get the high rated former Barca manager and will instead settle for Jose Mourinho

The 64-year old Dutchman has been under intense pressure in recent weeks due to his team’s recent poor results with the former Ajax, Barcelona and Bayern Munich manager stating that he could walk away from his post recently. A run of just 3 wins from 13 games has led to United’s exit from the UEFA Champions League and has seen the team drop to 6th position on the Premier League table.

Reports in Spain suggest the self-acclaimed Special One is in line to replace Louis Van Gaal on a long-term deal.

It will be interesting to see what Mourinho can achieve  with the red devils after his failing with Chelsea. He is no doubt a good manager and could well turn around things for Manchester United this season.

Not making the top four will be bad for United and if there is someone who can ensure that does not happen, that person is Jose Mourinho.
