Despite the weather, we expect the fervent passionate fans of the Red Devils to brave the cold and snowy January in a bid to see their team play. However, there might be new signing that are expected to make the first team.
If reports making the rounds in the French media wave are anything to go by, Brazil international and Paris Saint Germain winger Lucas Moura could be on his way to Old Trafford after report emerged that the Parc des Princes outfit are willing to cash in on the player.
This is not the first time the player is been linked to Manchester United. He was reportedly on his way to old trafford four years ago under Sir Alex, he even reportedly underwent a medical examination but the deal was hijacked by PSG.
Moura, 23, joined Paris Saint Germain from Sao Paulo in the summer of 2012 in £44.3 million deal. Before he joined the French outfit, he was keenly monitored by Manchester United and Inter Milan but he opted to join the Ligue One Champions.
However, he is now struggling with life at the club. The impressive 23-year-old midfielder made five appearances in the Champions League for PSG, four of them were from the bench. The prospect of playing regularly for PSG became slim when they signed Angel Di Maria from Manchester United.
United have been left with an impotent attack. Rooney and Depay have been failing to score and Van Gaal has revealed that he will be rooting for assured options on the wing. United have now reignite their desire to sign him.
He is currently valued at £22 million.
