Arsenal’s management position is again the talking point at the moment as players are on international break. With Arsenal being going into the international break in a high winning against Everton FC, they still are far from winning the league. As another season is going trophy-less for them, Wenger position is in danger with some rumors of his replacement are already out.
After some obvious replacement rumors for the manager’s job at Arsenal, this time it’s a surprising one. Arsenal is looking to replace Wenger with none other than Jose Mourinho. There is no doubt in abilities of Mourinho, as he is a true winner and have a wonderful record but it is unlikely that most fans would accept him as manager. Mourinho, who has history of mocking Arsenal and their manager Wenger, time after time during his stay at Chelsea, fans will certainly remember his comments and might not want to see him as manager.
Mourinho has been without a job for last two or three months after he got sacked as Chelsea manager. With rumors of Mourinho taking over Louis Van Gaal at United next season, this rumor of joining Arsenal would make things interesting.
Arsenal is certainly looking to make changes in management, with Thierry Henry been among the top candidates, Mourinho would not be a bad option either. If fans accept him as manager, he must be given authority to take Arsenal to their very best, as he has done with the clubs, he has previously managed.
