Team USA soccer won their World Cup group and for it they draw a very tough Ghana squad today at 2:30pm. It was just two weeks ago that the US began their journey with a eye-opening 1-1 draw with powerful England.

The US then earned their second tie of the group with Slovenia before Landon Donovan scored a dramatic goal near the end of the game to beat Algeria.

The US now shift focus to Ghana who beat them four years ago at the World Cup.

Now that the tournament has reached the final 16 knockout stage, matches can no longer be tied and a 30-minute overtime period will be played with a shootout thereafter.
