No, I’m not talking about Seattle Sounders’ Freddie Ljungberg (although my eyes still haven’t recovered from the giant billboard in Times Square, as if the Arsenal shirt wasn’t bad enough!), but the man himself, David Beckham. Whatever you think of the English superstar, he has raised the profile of the MLS enough to earn a section of its own on the Daily Football Blog as we follow the likes of Becks and the Galaxy in the quest to wrestle the title from the Columbus Crew.
